I needed a shed with small footprint to hold tools and various odd and ends for my deck and this one was the cheapest one I found. The quality or lack-thereof shows in how it is constructed. The wood itself is of pretty low grade and several pieces had noticeable bowing– this was not just a cosmetic issue but made the assembly process much more difficult than it should have been. In the end I had to saw and sand several edges of the door in order to get it due fit due to the imprecise fit resulting from wood that was not completely straight. Lastly its not a completely rigid structure, it flexes slightly when you push it from one side to another, which I noticed getting it into the corner I had planned, the doors again wouldn’t close until I pushed it again from the other side and put a tiny piece of wood to hold up the corner. In the end it looks decent and it was considerably cheaper than its rival cedar hutches I found on the internet from all things cedar, but they also look better I think with cleaner panels as opposed to the shingle appearance of this model.

Bottom line: Bargain hutch, but be prepared to fuss if the parts don’t fit perfectly. Final product looks decent and closely resumbles pictures on Amazon.

Compared to the plastic garden hutches I think this one will hold up much better since it is made from wood and cedar, looks better as well. The quality is lacking. All of the premade walls, roof, etc are put together with staples. If you are handy it is pretty simple to reinforce with screws or a nail gun. The instructions are fair, but it is pretty simple to figure out.

The shed is put together with what are basically staples. The shingles fall off easily and even in shipping some of the pieces had come apart. Low price but be willing and able to patch it up in places.
